Holiday Weekend Begins!

Snack:  2 crispbread (3g carb / 3 g fiber), 2 TBSP peanutbutter (6g carbs, 2g fiber, 3 g sugar)
Dinner:  6 meatballs (3g), salad (3g), 3/4 cup cheese (1.5g)
Total carbs: 20g
Exercise:  1.5 miles, 37 minutes

Where is everyone??  It is too quiet around here!

I took out the borage oil and kept the magnesium.  So far, no new welts.

I went shopping all day at the outlet mall and then I went to the big mall in Syracuse (it's about 1.5 hours from here).  I got lucky at the outlet mall and I got 3 skirts (black, brown, beige) and 2 jackets (brown, beige) and 2 sleeveless sweaters.  Then at the mall I got 2 pairs of shoes and a sleeveless black sweater for $12.  So I think I am done shopping!  Thank you LORD!

Yesterdays eats:  tuna salad at Subway w/ little bit of ranch, cucumbers, 1.5 slices cheese (3.5g), 2 junior bacon cheeseburgers w/ mustard, pickles w/o bun (2g), side salad w/ cucumber .5 pack ranch (5.5g), 3 eggs w/ 3/4 cup cheese (5g).  Total carbs:  16g

OH yeah, I found out that the wonderful sandwich I got at Arby's last Tuesday is probably mostly responsible for my weight stall-out.  It was turkey, bacon, ranch, lettuce on honey wheat bread.  I figured it had some sugar in it.  Well, 13 g of sugar and 75g carbs!!! YIKES!!  75 g of carbs is what I usually eat over 3 days!  Usually when you eat something wacked like that it can take 4 - 7 days to recover.  So it's been 1.5 weeks and I'm finally starting to see the weight move a little bit. 

I think I'll do hard induction for 2 weeks to get things going again.  AND I'm definitely going to exercise today!

My job starts on Tuesday.  I'm pretty nervous and excited.  Today I have to clean the house.  It's a wreck because all I've been doing is shopping.

I miss all of you!
